    Usually it take 3-4 working days.  During the holidays it may take a little longer due to the increase of mailings.

    Can I have my package sent overnight?
    We can ship Federal Express but the charges are much higher and depend on the weight. You can usually figure it will cost about $25 more.  Your best method of shipping is still Priority Mail.

    Will my package arrive safely?
    We do our best to assure your order is packaged properly. In the unlikely event that it does not arrive safely please contact us at 800-216-5195. Your order will be promptly sent out again. We usually ask that you send us the damaged product back at our expense.

    What if I receive the wrong item?
    If the wrong item is accidently sent to you please contact us immediately at 800-216-5195. The problem will be corrected at our expense.

    What if I don't have a credit card?
    We also accept certified checks or money orders. Also we accept PayPal. If you prefer to use Paypal just call us in advance or notify us at tealady1@aol.com and we will give you instructions. You would just list the items in the memo at Paypal, add $5.50 for shipping and send payment. My ID at Paypal is ramonajones.

    How much are shipping charges?

     

    Shipping charges are always $5.50, no matter what size the order is.

    What method of shipping is used?

      All orders are sent by Priority Mail unless you tell us otherwise. Priority mail is used because it usually costs about the same, it's faster, and we can track it.
