Nature's Response - Recipe

Blueberry Jam 
 
1 pound fresh blueberries or sugarfree frozen blueberries, 
thawed. 
 
1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons Stevia Extract Powder 
 
7 teaspoons fresh lemon juice 
 
Place blueberries in a saucepan, mashing slightly with a 
potato masher. Simmer until soft, stirring occasionally. 
Dissolve stevia in lemon juice and stir into blueberries. 
Simmmer until jam is thickened, about 30-40 minutes. Cool 
and refrigerate.
